+++ Announcement of controlled information pursuant to Law 3556/2007 +++

INTRACOM HOLDINGS announces, pursuant to articles 3 & 21 of Law 3556/2007 and in conjunction with Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 (article 11) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors, that Mr Dimitrios Klonis Executive Member of the Company's Board of Directors (as person obliged to disclose such information based on article 13 of Law 3340/2005), proceeded with the purchase of 70.000 INTRACOM HOLDINGS Common Registered shares, with voting rights, of total value euro 174.300 on 23/01/2008.
